From the UK: Where do I buy tickets?

Hi guys!
I'm so excited for the line up for Rock IM Park. It's my first concert in a foreign country and I had a few questions:

1. What website should I buy tickets from for someone that doesn't read German? is Viagogo.com reliable?

2. Is there only one kind of ticket? I do not plan on camping and will be staying at a hotel instead.

you can order your Rock im Park ticket at "Eventim", where you can switch the language to English: https://www.eventim.de/tickets.html?language=en

There is only one kind of ticket. It allows you to visit the concerts and use the campsites. Tickets without camping are not available. But of course you can stay at a hotel, if you prefer that.
